Important Rental Information & Policies

Thank you for choosing Pop-In Childcare Rentals for your toddler celebration! We provide clean, safe, high-quality play equipment for rent so you can create the perfect setup for your event.

Please review the following information carefully before booking.


Q: How long is the rental?

Each rental includes 4 hours of play time. This includes delivery and setup time. Takedown is not included.

Q: Can I book for indoor or outdoor events?

Yes! Our equipment can be set up indoors or outdoors. Outdoor setups require a flat, clean, dry surface. A shaded area is recommended.

Q: Is adult supervision required?

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times during the rental period to ensure the safety of all children.

Q: Is the equipment clean?

Yes! All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

Q: What safety guidelines should I know?

For everyone's safety, please follow these guidelines:

  • No rough play, climbing on barriers, or misuse of equipment
  • Shoes, sharp objects, food, and drinks must stay outside the play area
  • Keep pets away from the play area
  • Report any damage immediately

Q: What's included in the rental?

Your rental includes a variety of soft play equipment and toys to create a fun and engaging play space. Typical items may include:

  • Larger soft play setup (climbers, slides, shapes)
  • Ball pit with balls
  • Ride-on toys
  • Toddler tables & chairs
  • Activity stations & sensory play items

Q: How do I pay?

To secure your event date, a $100 refundable reservation deposit plus 50% of your rental package balance is due at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Your rental date is not confirmed until the deposit and initial payment have been received.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your rental agreement, event details, and next-step instructions.

Q: What are the setup requirements?

We require a flat, clean, dry setup area with sufficient open space for the equipment selected and safe access for delivery. Indoor space or shaded outdoor area works best.

Q: Can I add extra time?

Additional rental time may be added based on availability. Extra time fees may apply. Please let us know if you need more time.
